This policy explains what information Wayland Holding Group, Inc. ("Wayland", "we", "us") collects through waylandholdinggroup.com (the "Site") and how we use it. It covers this Site only. Each of our brands, including HITL, has its own privacy policy.
What we collect
- Usage statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you, and does not track you across other websites.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes the IP address and browser information sent with every web request so it can deliver the Site and protect it from abuse. These records are kept only as long as Cloudflare needs them for those purposes.
- Emails you send us. If you write to one of our addresses, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to tell us.
The Site has no accounts, no forms and no advertising, and we do not set cookies.
How we use it
We use this information to run and secure the Site, understand which content is useful, and reply to your messages. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Third parties
- Cloudflare hosts the Site and provides the analytics described above.
- Google Fonts supplies the Site's typefaces. When your browser loads a page, it requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
- Google Workspace handles the email you send us.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep email correspondence for as long as it is useful for the conversation, our records, or legal obligations. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the effective date above.
